A Campovida Conversation with Chef, John Ash & John Finger, CEO of Hog Island Oysters

John Ash is the “Father of Wine Country Cuisine” he opened the acclaimed John Ash & Company and hosts the radio show “The Good Food Hour” on KSRO for over 34 years. He launched two shows on the Food Network and still teaches his beloved trade around the world.

John is the author of 7 books and is a two-time James Beard Award winner as well as a Julia Child Cookbook of The Year. His latest cookbook is just released “The Hog Island Book of Fish & Seafood” and we are thrilled to share the recipes with you.

John Finger, Founding Partner and CEO of Hog Island Oyster Co. will be co-hosting this Campovida conversation. Hear the stories from both Johns about their work and their commitment to the health of our oceans and planet. These two men are our friends and we can’t wait for you to share in this reunion and celebration.
