Do you have any unanswered questions about joining our wine club? Here are our answers to the most frequently asked questions. If your question is not answered below, send us a message at hello@campovida.com and we will get back to you shortly. Thank you for your interest in supporting small-batch, organic growers and the vibrant communities that depend on them.

If I sign up now, when will I get my wine?
You will be shipped wine immediately upon signing up, and quarterly thereafter. We ship our seasonal wine packages in March, June, September, and November. If you sign up between seasons, we will ship you the latest package without delay. For example, if you sign up in July, we will send you the June shipment.

When do each of the quarterly shipments go out? Is it on my schedule, or yours?
Our seasonal shipments typically go out in March, June, September, and November. The exact timing depends on Mother Nature and the weather; we will communicate with you throughout the process of shipping the wine. If you happen to live nearby, you are welcome to pick up your package in person.

Why is there a price range for each wine club membership option?
The pricing of each quarterly wine club shipment fluctuates between the listed range (3 bottles: $80-110, 6 bottles: $180-250, 12 bottles: $350-425). You will be charged a slightly different price for each of your quarterly shipments. This is because our wine production is limited and small-batch. The pricing of grapes changes each season, and this means that our product pricing changes, too. Each bottle of our organic, pesticide- and chemical-free wine is special, and the pricing of each wine shipment is an honest reflection of the grapes, hard work, and love that went into handcrafting each bottle.

Can I cancel my membership later if I change my mind?
Yes, of course! We ask that you commit to one year as a wine club member; however, you may cancel your membership at any time. Because of the discounts and incentives provided, there is a $75 cancellation fee if you decide to cancel your membership within your first year.

Do I select the wine for each shipment, or do you make that decision for me?
We’ll take care of it for you! Just sit back and relax, knowing that our best wine is on its way to you. We rely on experts in the wine industry to choose the selection of wine in our packages. Our award-winning winemaker and our passionate team taste all of our wines and select the best picks for the season.

What do I write in the Order/Club Notes section?
If you are a current member and would like to add more wine to your order, ship to a different location, or have another special request for us, this is a great place to let us know. If you are a new member and would like to reference how you came to learn about Campovida, or have any other special notes for us, feel free to write it in there.

Why do you need my date of birth?
We need your date of birth in order to celebrate that you are over 21 and can enjoy our wines legally.

Why am I creating a username/password?
Your username and password allows you to access your member discounts at any time. You can also easily order additional wines, and your confidential information will be stored securely.

If I was referred by a friend, where should I enter that information?
If you were referred by a friend, be sure to note this in the Order/Club Notes section. This will allow us to wholeheartedly thank your friend for referring you.

Is it possible for me to give the wine club membership as a gift? If so, how?
You can absolutely give a wine club membership as a gift. Sign up for the membership with all of your own personal information and payment details. In the Shipping Information section, be sure to add a New Shipping Address with the recipient's name and address. If you would like to add a notecard, you can place what you would like written in the comments section, and we will be sure to include it in their first shipment.
Please let us know in the Order Notes section whether you would like to give the membership for just one year, or if you would like for it to be ongoing. If you choose to give the membership for one year, we will charge your credit card for the four seasonal shipments, plus tax and shipping. If you would like to give an ongoing membership, you will continue to be charged for shipments following the first year.
