There are two opportunities to learn from Frank, through his Friday night fire side chat or through his 1.5-hour love laboratory workshop will be a space where you will excavate the most authentic intention of the heart and transform it into beautiful poems. You will leave with an experience that will open your heart and deepen your connection to yourself and others.
